Day 1
     Sunday  June 1st 
Female: 5 foot 3 
weight : 15 stone
target weight loss:  2 lb in 1 week
diet: less fat, reduction of caffeine, reduction of fizzy drinks

Activity: brisk walk for 2 miles

Day 2
      Monday June 2nd
  fitness regime: 15 sit ups, 5 crunches, 5 leg raises, 25 sec plank


Day 3
            Tuesday June 3rd
 Rest day 

Day 4
        Wednesday June 4th

Fitness regime: Brisk walking for 2 miles little running

Day 5
Thursday June 5th

fitness regime: Wii fit 30 min
